We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. 

This is when the item: 

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had   
  known about it 
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description 
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.


Warranty Policy

If an item is considered by the buyer to be faulty by manufacture we suggest first troubleshooting the fault with us in case it is not the item itself but other factors such as installation, or other components not supplied in the purchase but directly related, from there warranty will be honoured as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy, this will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer (see the manufacturers Australian website for their warranty policy).
The warranty period commences from the date the goods are delivered (signed for). During the warranty period if the product is found to be defective it will be repaired / replaced as per the manufactures Australian websites terms and conditions.
If you experience problems with your product within the warranty period, please notify us at and we will confirm the warranty process for that item.

An item may need to be returned to to be inspected and tested, to determine the fault. This would be at the cost of the customer and be refunded only if the item was deemed faulty. An invoice might be required to prove a competent person has installed the item in question.
eBay and Website:
We will also need a copy of your receipt / proof of purchase.
Where the identical item is no longer available and a replacement required, a refund will be offered in full (shipping costs excluded). 

The manufacturers Australia website is the first clarification for non-warranty.
Further to that warranty does not cover for: 1, accident;  2, abuse; 3, neglect; 4, as a result of normal wear and tear; 5, improper installation; 6, careless handling; 7, tampering; 8, any major or minor disassembly; 9, rust or oil leak in; 10,submersions; 11, deliberate abuse; 12, products used in applications for which they were not intended.
All damaged goods due to the above reasons will be also invalid for return and exchange. The sole responsibility of shall be the repair or replacement of any defective items caused by reasons other than what is stated above.
If an item is sent to us for warranty and deemed not to be covered by warranty we will only return the item to the original purchaser once the correct re-shipping charges have been paid.  In the event that such re-shipping charges remain unpaid for more than 30 days, the goods will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion without any liability to compensate or reimburse the original purchaser.
